Three 3.5 oz Lindt chocolate bars
2 tsp coconut oil
1 cup coconut milk (from carton not canned)
pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 1 1/2 hours or until the chocolate melts. Watch carefully! Whisk until smooth. If you leave it in the crock pot, you may need to stir occasionally. Prepare low carb, sugar free cookies, cake, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, (THM crossovers with pineapple, bananas, grapes, or higher carb fruits), and even a variety of nuts (but may be a little difficult to dip).
